- 1973- Merged”Tung Fong Textile Co., Ltd”.
- 1983- Began mass production of PVC coated fabric.
- 1987- Established “Wai Zhen Industry Company” for processing tablecloth, napkin,cushion and seat cover exporting to worldwide in Chiayi, Taiwan.
- 1988- Founded “Wei Hsing International Co., Ltd” to facilitate investment and trading business.
- 1989- Started investing in loom furniture R&D.
- 1990- Began loom furniture manufacturing in Taiwan.
- 1996- Moved loom furniture manufacturing in China. “Dongguan Sunroca Metal & Plastic Products Co., Ltd” was established in Guangdong, China for furniture business.
- 1997- “Dongguan Tong Mao Home Fashion Ltd” was established in Guangdong of China to facilitate moving tablecloth, napkin, cushion and seat cover manufacturing to Guangdong, China.
- 1999- Developing PVC coated fabric to apply on window curtain.
- 2002- “Huiyang Waytex Textile Industry Ltd” was established in Guangdong of China. The major business is PVC coated fabric and Olefin fabric manufacturing.
- 2003- Headquarter office building for “Waytex Group” was built. In the same year, Kunshan Waytex Home Fashion Co., Ltd was established in Jiangsu of China to instead of “Dongguan Tong Mao Home Fashion Ltd”. The major business is home fashion products processing (cutting and sewing) for worldwide exporting.
- 2005- “Kuanshan Waytex Textile Industry Ltd” was established in Jiangsu, China. The major business are PVC coated fabric and Olefin fabric manufacturing.
- 2007- Established Superwin Global Enterprise Inc. in U.S.A. to facilitate in import trading & wholesale market with its own brand.
- 2011- Completion of the third-generation transferring management.
